Showcasing the very best in contemporary craft from UK and international galleries representing craft practitioners
Renowned by private collectors and museum curators, the COLLECT fair will return to the Saatchi Gallery once again in May 2012. Along with the huge exhibition space, the fair includes film screenings exploring the relationship between craft and film.
Thirty-one UK and international galleries will be showcasing the highest quality craft, with UK institutions such as The Scottish Gallery and Contemporary Applied Arts joining overseas galleries like Gallery Kunst1 from Norway and Hanart TZ Gallery from China.
With exhibitors presenting works ranging from exquisite ceramic sculptures to intricate hand-woven tapestries, the fair has much to offer admirers of any field of craft. COLLECT 2012 will also include Project Space, which will provide an alternative exhibition area for artists who have created new and innovative pieces to display at the fair.
