Curating a Heritage Lifestyle
Austin Healey 3000 MK1 (BT7) 4-seater in Cherry Red with Black Hide.
Built in October 1959 this car was exported to New York and remained in the USA until the late 1980s when Healey enthusiast Roger Gorton repatriated the car and commissioned a full restoration.
Today the car is finished in a beautiful cherry red colour and this Austin Healey 3000 MKI 4 seater car has a black interior with red piping to the seats. This car looks stunning presented as it is de-bumpered, but bumper sets are supplied with the car should you prefer to replace.
XSV 187 was featured in the February 1991 Popular Classics in road test comparison with the TR5.
Complete with a very nice Mohair Tonneau this is another nice investment and summer cruising car. We have serviced the car and have fitted new calipers and master cylinder.
A nice Healey to drive with great looks. Current mileage is 3000 and MOT's support a genuine mileage since speedometer reset to zero in 1990.
