Amazing vintage 1960s Courrèges Pink Coat. Buttons up with the front with white vinyl tabs. Two pockets on the side of each hip. Courrèges logo on upper right hand side of coat. Vent up the back for easy walking. Fully Lined. Made in France.

André Courrèges started in fashion under Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1948 and later launched his own label in 1961. His creations were youthful, innovative and futuristic for their time. He is credited for the invention of the mini skirt alongside legendary 60s designer Mary Quant. Courrèges' designs were interpreted by every mass manufacturer, a credit to his influence on fashion in this daring and street-wise decade.
