The 1966 FIFA World Cup Final saw England win their only World Cup trophy, triumphing over West Germany with a final score of 4-2.

The game is considered legendary amongst fans of the England team who were dubbed the "wingless wonders" due to their narrow attacking formation which was considered unconventional at the time.

As well as being the only Cup won by England, the game is also remembered by Geoff Hurst's hat-trick. To this day, Hurst remains the only football player to have scored 3 goals in a World Cup Final.

It was in response to the final goal of the 1966 World Cup Final that BBC commentator Kenneth Wolstenholme uttered what was to become the most famous quote in football history:

"And here comes Hurst. He's got... some people are on the pitch, they think it's all over. It is now! It's four!"

This is an Anglo-American Sporting Club dinner evening menu featuring autographs of the 1966 England Word Cup squad.

The dinner was held on June 20 1966 in honour of the legendary football squad.

The menu features some light stains to the reverse which are likely to have originated from the dinner. This does not affect the autographs. Otherwise in fine condition.

The menu, which measures 6.25" x 9.5" has been autographed on the reverse by the 22 team members including Geoff Hurst, Bobby Charlton, team captain Bobby Moore and manager Alf Ramsey. Jack Charlton has signed his name twice.

A rare opportunity to own all 23 autographs from the legendary football team.
