Curating a Heritage Lifestyle
Fully restored vintage 1961 AMi Continental jukebox featuring the legendary analogue sound system from AMi with a genuine "vinyl to valve" sound, giving it a wonderfully clear authentic tone.
Designed in the age when the first Sputnik was launched into space, the Continental was a radical departure from 'normal' jukebox design. With its wrap-around title strip holder hovering seductively over a parabolic space bubble that displays the record changer, this is a jukebox that grabs your attention.
This is a 200 selection version (both sides of 100 45s) and has electric push button play.
Advertised in 1961 as:-
"A brilliant performer in the AMi tradition, boldly designed to set a new standard of style. The silhouette is unmistakably distinctive, the lines clean and graceful, the illumination, soft and indirect, highlights the rich golden trim and soft subtle cabinet colors. The total effect is exciting, intriguing, dramatically compelling. Truly the style of tomorrow, for more play, today."
