Exquisite vintage 1980s YSL Rive Gauche collection bow shirt. Featuring a very unique design 5 button closure on side that drapes to about 12.5" from the neckline. The tie then connects to the base of the opening. Two button on cuff.

At the age of just 21, Yves Saint Laurent became head designer at Christian Dior, before establishing his own fashion house in 1961. His most famous piece, Le Smoking tuxedo, introduced androgynous dressing as the sexiest thing a woman can do. Among YSL's muses were Chanel model Betty Catroux and actress Catherine Deneuve.
