Classic vintage 1980s Max Mara Brown Tweed Suit. Luxurious wool and silk blend fabric for jacket and skirt. Jacket buttons down the front with gold buttons. Two fully lined pockets on the jacket. Fully lined. Skirt zippers on the side with a hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Made in Italy.

Established by Achille Maramotti in 1951, the house of Max Mara remains a family business veiled in secrecy. Maramotti's passion for haute couture was passed down from his great-grandmother Marina Rinaldi, who operated a luxury fashion house in the late 19th century. The essence of the Max Mara brand is essential and precise, clean cuts and decisive lines with Italian style.
