Curating a Heritage Lifestyle
2007 Meursault 1er Cru Perrieres is a beautifully complete wine with a very lengthy finish.
Domaine Michel Bouzereau is based in the village of Meursault. Michel Bouzereau comes from a large winemaking family and has held the post of President of the Burgundy Growers Union. He ferments in cask and gives his wines nine months on their lees. Michel's son Jean Baptiste is now in charge of making the seventeen wines from this 11 hectare estate with the same traditionalist values.
The 2007 vintage is a powerful Meursault. The weight of fleshy fruit from old vines entirely covers the bone structure, while a little touch of white peach adds allure.
