Georg Jensen Moonlight brooch, sterling and moonstones bird brooch with mark dating 1915-1930, 1-1/2" (3.8 cm). Marked on the back "925 Sterling Denmark 165 GI" and hand etched numbers "28834" and "402974". This has a trombone catch and the "925" sterling mark may mean that it was made for the UK or American market. His designs are classic and timeless.

Georg Jensen was a well renowned Danish silversmith, founding his design house in 1904. Jensen's pieces are elegant and refined with a timeless aethetic.
