Returns Policy

Vintage Seekers aims to provide products and services which you will be happy with, however, we appreciate that on occasions you may want to cancel your contract and/or return a product, after we have accepted your order.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order (and obtain a refund):

  • for a product, at any time from when you order it up to the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive it; and
  • for a service, at any time prior to:
  • Vintage Seekers commencing the performance of the service; or
  • (if earlier) the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive confirmation that your order for the service has been accepted by Vintage Seekers.

We cannot accept cancellations (and provide a refund) in respect of products: which are made to your specification or are clearly personalised; which are earrings or lingerie (for hygiene reasons); or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, unless such products are faulty or damaged, as described in the “faulty or damaged products” section below.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the relevant product, you must return it to us at your cost using the process described in the “Returns” section below. If you fail to return the relevant product or return it at our expense, we will deduct, from any sum refunded, a charge equal to our costs for recovering the relevant product.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a product from us which is damaged or faulty on receipt, and you return the product to us within 8 days of receipt, we will repair the product, if possible. If it is not possible to repair the product, we will replace it with an equivalent product, if possible. If it is not possible to replace the product, we will provide a full refund. In any event, we will refund the postal or other dispatch charges incurred by you for returning the product to us.
The preceding paragraph does not apply to products which have pre-existing faults or damage because they are pre-owned. Please see the “Our Responsibilities” section of the terms and conditions at for further details of our product descriptions and the implications of purchasing pre-owned products.

 

RETURNS

To return a product, you must contact Vintage Seekers stating your desire to return by sending an email to concierge@vintageseekers.com
You should return the item in its original packaging (or in the case of second-hand products, in the same condition and packaging as at the time of delivery to you), and include any packaging, labels, authenticity cards, dust bags and/or leather or other tags, including the security tags attached to all fashion items with which the product was received. Please pack the item carefully.
Vintage Seekers is unable to accept returns on any product that has been worn or otherwise used, or damaged or soiled, after delivery to you. Products returned to Vintage Seekers in such a condition will be re-delivered to you at your cost.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returning products. If you are returning a product from a UK address, the product should be received by Vintage Seekers within 7 days of written agreement to return. If you are returning a product from an address outside the UK, the product should be received by Vintage Seekers within 14 days. We do not accept liability for products which are damaged while being returned to us and we advise that adequate insurance is taken out to cover such products while in transit.
Our address for all returns is VINTAGE SEEKERS LTD, 65 Neal Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9PJ. We request that you contact us at concierge@vintageseekers.com in relation to such returns. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

 

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be credited to the account from which you paid for the product. We will deduct any costs incurred by us for recovering the relevant product, unless the product was damaged or faulty on receipt (as described in the “Faulty or damaged products” section above).

 

Statutory Rights
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
