Shipping Information

We deliver internationally via our delivery partners and offer free UK to UK delivery. We offer a bespoke service for items that require special shipping, usually larger, high value items.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of placing an order.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, VINTAGE SEEKERS are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

INSURANCE

VINTAGE SEEKERS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note the purchase price does not include any duties & taxes that may be incurred on international shipments. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Rates vary from country to country - we advise you to contact your local customs for advice on calculating these charges.
