Eligibility for ‘Special Delivery’ includes:

• Extremely fragile items (E.g a glass chandelier) that requires specialist packaging and extreme care in transit.
• Wine purchased ‘in bond’ that requires transfer to a bonded facility in under-bond conditions.
• Items that require configuration (E.g a jukebox) and so require a bespoke shipping solution for assembly on arrival.
